Ventures in 1975. Jerry has a strong solid reputation in the

Maryland. Jerry has firsthand experience working & owning restaurants,
bars & night clubs. He has sold & leased over 3,000 restaurants and
other related businesses in the Baltimore area. He travels to Restaurant & Bar
shows across the country and has developed many business relationships with
business owners from all over. His many years of experience and vast
knowledge make him exceptionally good at placing the right buyers with the right business.

BCV Commercial Realty in 2004. Nick brings over 20 years of experience, a broad
background in business management and operations to BCV. His skills in marketing, public relations, advertising and

Bill Vanden Eynden- CEO/Owner &
Broker of BCV
is a graduate of
the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and the University of
Colorado with a degree through the Colorado Graduate School of Banking. After
graduating from college, Bill left Harford County and moved to Denver, CO
where he began his career in banking. While employed with Union Bank and
Trust, he specialized in all facets of commercial lending. In 1977 he was
instrumental in helping the bank develop a separate commercial real estate
finance department, and for the next eight years he worked closely in that
field. He has also worked as a consultant to many different companies
where he has been instrumental in their success by writing business,
financial, marketing, and sales plans. Additionally, he has created many
different avenues for raising investment capital for these same companies.
As a B&CV Associate for 7 years, Bill is involved in negotiating both the sale
and leasing aspects of commercial property.
J. Mitsos - A sales agent with Business & Commercial Ventures.
He has over 40 years of experience in retail and wholesale businesses.
Nick has been selling bars, restaurants, carry-outs,
delicatessens and liquor stores for the past 15 years and he also
provides consulting services on the start-up of new and renovations of
businesses. The knowledge and ability of our offices far exceeds many.
Dawny Brotzman - has been a part
of BCV Commercial Realty for the past ten years as a licensed Commercial Real
Estate Agent & Administrative Office Manager. She works closely with the BCV
team to get the job done! She is in charge of advertising and
marketing of all our business and commercial real estate listings. If
there is anything our clients need she is there to assist them.

is a graduate
of Park School and Cornell University. Don is well known for his 16
years owning and operating one of Baltimore’s most popular restaurants, Gampy’s [the Great American Melting Pot] and also the revival of the venerable
Chesapeake Restaurant. Principle of Brainstorm Business Advisors, Inc., a
Main Street Business Advisory Business with an emphasis on the Hospitality
field, he has consulted small businesses from Roosevelt Field, Long Island to
Pompano Beach Florida including many successful clients in the Baltimore
area. Services include Business Plan writing, Business Concept Design,
Equipment Appraisals, Funding Assistance, Customized systems of Cost Control
Reporting, Service Training and Marketing plans. Certified by the Circuit
Court of Maryland as an expert in business valuation and performs this service
for private clients and attorneys. Formerly the manager of Boozer Real Estate
Services in Towson, this is Don's second tour of duty at B&CV, where he broke
into business brokering and commercial real estate in 1995.
Shavitz - has developed an
expertise in Restaurant Distribution based upon his 36 years of experience in
the Industry. Before joining Business & Commercial Ventures (B&CV) he served
as Business Development Manager for Team 4 a restaurant purchasing and
logistics Company. He also served as senior account manager and VP of sales
for the brokerage firm of Eden & Tye Foodservice Marketing Company.
In addition, Steve was the director of National accounts
for 10 years at U.S. Foodservice-Baltimore Division with the core of their
business being restaurants and other related operations.
His professional career has been geared to the
foodservice industry to include but not limited to restaurants, caterers,
pizza & sub shops, ethnic food establishments, bars and taverns. He also owned
and operated two restaurants.

addition to the B&CV staff. His experience in the food business began in
the 1950's with the family business located in Old Town at the Belair Market.
He first acquired his real estate license in 1976. His real estate
experience includes working with RAF Realty, Sheridan Realty and Long & Foster
Realty. In his short tenure at B&CV he has helped broker the sale of
several business properties including The Sobo Cafe in Federal Hill, Renee's
Lounge in Lansdowne and many others. Harry holds a Master of Science
Degree in music education and was an instructor of instrumental music for the
Anne Arundel County Public Schools for 31 years.
